Food Safety in Catering Training Course has replaced the Foundation
Certificate in Food Hygiene
Who needs to take this course?
- Those who have overall responsibility for the preparation, cooking and
serving of food (essential)
- Those who assist in a kitchen (it is not absolutely essential to have this
qualification but it would be helpful)
- Those who took the Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene more than 3 years
ago.
Who can take the course?
This course can be taken by anyone over the age of 14
Course Details
Arrival: 9.00am Course commences: 9.30am (ends approximately
3.30pm)
The course lasts for 6 hours including the CIEH test (multi choice
questionnaire). Comfort breaks and lunch break
will be included during the day. Drinks will be provided, please bring your
own lunch.
Cost
Free to those who require the qualification to prepare meals at Southcourt
Baptist Church.
£25 for those who are requiring the qualification to use outside Southcourt
Baptist Church.
